The "Lemon" series

A couple of years ago, I took a photo of me, dressed up as a lemon.

I was very excited when it became one of the title images for the first Revolting Artist's exhibition in Weymouth. After that I kind of forgot about my Lemon artwork, but recently it came back to me and I wanted to continue this series.

So I continued with new works. At first, it was just the photo of mine, the poster with the “Drink your juice” font and the video of me “serving” the juice to my partner. But then I was thinking about uploading this work to Instagram and realized that I had to cover my chest.

I covered my n*pples with the ends of lemons and the help of Photoshop anyway. But it looks very realistic.

So, for the IG version, I had to censor the main work with stars. But I found a way to still sneak some n*pple energy in. That’s how the fourth work was born. You’ll see what I mean.
